Anurag Bist, Ph.D. Dr. Bist brings years of entrepreneurial, leadership and IPR domain experience to the founding team of Ashmar. He received the B.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, the M.S. degree from Princeton University, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Hawaii, all in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Bist co-founded VxTel, a successful fables semiconductor company providing silicon solutions for VoIP infrastructure. He led the world wide firmware team at VxTel and helped grow the company from 5 people to over 160 in 2 years. In 2001, Intel acquired VxTel for $550 Million in cash. Dr. Bist is Founder and CEO of Moxair Inc. a California based technology start up focusing on power management solutions for mobile multimedia devices.  He holds 14 US patents and has over 15 other US patents pending.
	Prof. M.M.Pant:  A Ph.D. in Computational Physics  from IIT Roorkee and a   Professional Lawyer, Prof. Pant has been particularly interested in Cyber   Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and was a key resource person in a   nationwide series of seminars sponsored by the AICTE to enlighten the   academia about the emerging issues arising out of the WTO, TRIPS and   related agreements in the field of education
Prof. Pant has been a former Pro—Vice Chancellor, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and has been on the faculty of IIT - Kanpur, MLNR Engineering College , Allahabad and Faculty & Visiting Professor - University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario Canada. In 2001, he founded Planet EDU Pvt .Ltd, an educational services organization, and in 2006, he founded a charitable trust to enable the less fortunate to have access to the possible new educational opportunities that technology provides.
